What is a digital menu?
A digital menu is your menu living on the internet instead of on paper. The guest opens it by scanning a QR code at the table or through a link, and reads it on their own phone — with photos, descriptions and current prices. Unlike the PDF that many people call a digital menu, a real digital menu is edited in real time, adapts to the phone screen and knows what has sold out.
Changes that apply immediately
You change a price in the admin panel and the next guest to open the menu sees the new one. No printing, no stickers over the old price, no three different menu versions floating around the room. If something sells out mid-shift, you hide it with one click and it stops being ordered — instead of a waiter explaining it twenty times that evening.
Photos, descriptions and ingredients
Every product can carry a photo, a description and the information guests look for — ingredients, allergens, portion size. This is not only aesthetics: a guest who can see what they are getting orders faster and changes their mind less often. Start with the menu alone, grow when you need to
The Basic plan at €13 a month contains the digital menu alone — on price that is exactly where the other digital menu services in North Macedonia sit. The difference comes later. When you decide you also need a POS, an admin panel or a waiter app, you move up to Standard or Pro and keep the same menu, the same products and the same photos. You are not migrating data or starting over with a different provider. And if you never need more than a menu, you stay at €13 — that is entirely fine.

The digital menu costs €13 per month or €156 per year on the Basic plan. If you later need the POS and admin panel too, you move up to Standard (€39) without rebuilding the menu you already set up.
How are you different from cheaper QR menu services?
On price we are level — €13 a month is comparable to the other digital menu services on the market. The difference is that the same menu can later connect to the POS, the waiter app and your reports without re-entering it. With standalone services, the day you need a till you start from zero.
Does the menu work on older phones?
Yes. The menu is an ordinary web page optimized for mobile screens, so it works on any phone with a browser and an internet connection.
