QR Menu with Ordering for Restaurants
The guest scans the QR code on the table, the menu opens in the browser — no app — and the order goes straight to the kitchen printer. Less waiting for guests, fewer trips for waiters, and zero miscommunicated orders. Over 1 million QR scans and 500,000 orders have gone through EasyOffer so far.
No app download
The menu opens instantly in the browser on any phone. Guests order in under a minute.
Straight to the kitchen
A confirmed order prints immediately in the kitchen or bar — no waiter relay needed.
Up to 3 languages
The menu displays automatically in Macedonian, Albanian or English — ideal for tourists.
How QR ordering actually works
Every table gets its own QR code. The guest scans it with their phone camera, the menu opens in the browser, and they order directly from the table. Because the code is per table rather than one for the whole venue, the system knows exactly where the order came from — nobody has to ask which table this is for. The confirmed order prints in the kitchen or at the bar in the same second.
Why the code is per table, not one for the whole restaurant
This is the difference between a QR menu and QR ordering. With one code for the whole venue, the guest can only read the menu and then still waits for a waiter. With a per-table code, the order carries the table number, joins that table's open bill and goes straight to the kitchen. Guests who sit down later are not waiting for someone to reach them.
What happens to the bill
Everything a guest orders through the QR code is added to that table's bill in the POS. When they ask to pay, the waiter sees the entire bill in one place — including items the waiter entered by hand. Bills can be split when a group pays separately, or merged when two tables have joined together.
Guests who do not want to scan
There will always be guests who prefer to order from a waiter, and that is fine. QR ordering does not replace the waiter — it runs alongside the waiter app. The same table can take one order by scanning and one through a waiter; both land on the same bill. We recommend keeping a few printed menus as well.
What the staff get out of it
The biggest practical change is not for guests but for staff. Waiters stop running to take orders and start carrying food and serving — work guests actually notice. In high-turnover venues at peak time, that is the difference between serving two and three sittings in the same evening.
When QR ordering is not a good idea
We will be honest: if you run a fine-dining restaurant where the service itself is part of what the guest is paying for, or if most of your guests are older and do not scan, QR ordering will create more friction than benefit. It also needs stable internet and signal throughout the venue — if the signal is weak on the terrace, fix that first.

What QR ordering does for your restaurant
Restaurants using QR ordering serve more tables with the same staff: guests order themselves the moment they sit down, and waiters focus on serving. The QR menu is connected to the POS and admin panel, so prices and availability update instantly and every order lands in the daily report.
Do guests have to install an app to order?
No. The QR code opens the menu directly in the phone's browser — it works on every iPhone and Android with no installation.
Can you create the digital menu for me?
Yes. Send us your products, prices and photos, and we set up the entire menu as part of installation.
How much does QR ordering cost?
QR ordering from the table is included in the Pro plan at €59/month or €599/year, together with the POS, admin panel and waiter app. The €13 Basic plan includes a read-only digital menu without ordering.
Do QR orders arrive in the POS?
Yes. Every QR order carries its table number, joins the open bill in the POS and enters the daily report alongside waiter and kiosk orders.
Who prints the QR codes for the tables?
The system generates the codes, and placing them on tables is part of installation. They can be applied as stickers or placed in table stands.
What if the guest has no mobile data?
The menu loads over an internet connection, so the guest uses mobile data or your Wi-Fi. That is why we recommend a guest Wi-Fi network with the password shown on the table.
Can ordering be switched off and only the menu kept?
Yes. Some venues use the QR code for reading the menu only at certain times, and enable ordering when they are short-staffed.
Can I try it for free?
Yes. The first month is free with all features and no card upfront, including setting up the menu and the QR codes.
