Restaurant Admin Panel

The admin panel is where you run the restaurant when you are not in it. From a browser you see today's revenue, which products are selling, when your peak hours fall and what each waiter has taken. From the same place you edit the menu, change prices and set staff permissions — and the change applies immediately across every device.

Real-time revenue

See what is happening right now, not yesterday's report. Open bills, taken today, status per table.

Full menu control

Add products, change prices and hide sold-out items — from your phone or computer, at any time.

Reports that change decisions

Best sellers, peak hours and revenue per waiter, over any period you choose.

What you actually see in the admin panel

The main view shows how much has been taken today, how many bills are open and what is happening table by table right now. Below that sit reports by period — day, week, month or any custom range. You do not need to be in the venue: the panel opens in a browser on a phone or computer, so you can check from home.

Which products actually sell

Almost every restaurant has items sitting on the menu for years because somebody orders them occasionally. The best-sellers report shows that in numbers rather than in feeling. The same report also surfaces items selling better than you expected — a reason to move them higher on the menu or feature them as a recommendation.

Peak hours and staff scheduling

When you know exactly which hours and days carry your heaviest traffic, shift scheduling stops being guesswork. Many venues discover they are overstaffed in one part of the day and understaffed in another. That is a cost that stays invisible until it is measured.

One place to manage the menu

The menu you edit in the admin panel is the same menu guests see through the QR code, that waiters use in the app and that appears on the kiosk. Change a price once and it is changed everywhere. If something sells out, hide it with one click and it stops being ordered on every channel.

Staff, permissions and accountability

Every staff member has their own account with their own permissions. Waiters see only their tables, managers see everything, and edits and cancellations are usually restricted to manager accounts so they stay traceable. Because every order carries a name, when the till does not balance at the end of a shift you can see exactly where the difference came from.

More than an end-of-month report

This is exactly where a till differs from a system. A till tells you how much you took. The admin panel tells you why — what sold, when, to whom and through which channel. That is the information you change a menu, a schedule or a price with, instead of working on instinct.

Why restaurants open the admin panel every day

In practice the most common use is not the monthly report but the quick mid-day check — how much has come in so far, whether this Friday is running better than the last, whether the new item is selling. The panel is part of the Standard and Pro plans alongside the POS, and is not billed separately.

Can I see revenue when I am not at the restaurant?

Yes. The admin panel opens in a browser on a phone or computer, so you can check status and reports from anywhere with an internet connection.

How much does the admin panel cost?

The admin panel is included in the Standard plan at €39/month and Pro at €59/month, alongside the POS. It is not sold separately.

Can I limit what each employee sees?

Yes. Every user has their own permissions — waiters see only their own tables and orders, while managers see all bills and reports.

How quickly do menu changes take effect?

Immediately. As soon as you save a change it applies on the QR menu, in the waiter app, on the kiosk and in the POS at the same time.

What reports are available?

Revenue by day, week and month, best-selling products, peak hours and revenue per waiter, over any period you select.

Can several people be logged in at once?

Yes. The owner, manager and waiters all work at the same time, each with their own permissions and on their own device.

What happens to the data if the internet goes down?

The system keeps working and accepting orders, and everything synchronizes automatically once the connection returns — the reports stay complete.

Is training needed to use it?

Training is part of installation and takes under an hour. The most common actions — changing a price and hiding an item — are a few clicks away.
