POS System for Restaurants
The POS is the heart of every restaurant: it takes orders from every channel — waiters, QR menu and kiosk — assigns them to tables, sends them to the kitchen and closes the bills. EasyOffer POS is built for rush-hour speed: fewer taps per order, a clear view of every table, and reports that show what actually sells.
Table & floor management
Lay out tables to match your venue, track each table's status and move orders between tables without chaos.
Fiscal integration
EasyOffer connects to the fiscal printer for real-time receipt issuing — no double entry.
Real-time analytics
Best sellers, peak hours, revenue per waiter — all in the admin panel, from any device.
What exactly is a restaurant POS system?
A POS (Point of Sale) system is the software that records every order and payment in your venue. Unlike a plain cash register, a restaurant POS connects tables, the kitchen, waiters and reports into one whole. When a waiter enters an order, it goes to the kitchen for preparation, is added to the table's bill and enters the day's revenue at the same time — with no manual re-entry anywhere.
Table and floor management
In the admin panel you lay out your venue as it actually is — indoor area, terrace, upper floor. Every table has its own status: free, occupied, bill open. Waiters see in real time which table is waiting, and bills can be merged or split when a group pays separately. If guests move from inside to the terrace, the order transfers to the new table in one move.
Fiscal integration and printing
EasyOffer connects directly to the fiscal device, so the receipt is issued from the system itself with no re-typing at the register. At the same time, orders go to the kitchen and bar printers — drinks to the bar, food to the kitchen, automatically by product category. That means the waiter carries no paper slips and the kitchen does not wait for someone to tell it what to make.
Real-time reports and analytics
From the admin panel you see what is happening right now and what happened over any past period: revenue by day, week and month, best-selling products, peak hours, revenue per waiter. These numbers change decisions — which items to keep on the menu, when you need more staff, and who on the team actually sells. Access is through the browser, so you can read the reports when you are not in the venue.
Staff and access control
Every staff member has their own account with their own permissions. Waiters see only their tables and orders; managers see everything. Every order is tied to the person who entered it, which means that when the till does not balance you can see exactly where the difference came from. Permissions change from the admin panel at any time, without calling support.
How it connects to the other modules
The POS does not work in isolation. Orders arriving from the QR menu at the table, from the waiter app and from the self-service kiosk all enter the same POS and the same daily report. The menu is edited in one place and the change applies everywhere at once. That is the difference between one platform and three separate programs that somehow have to be reconciled.
Kitchen Display System (KDS)
Instead of paper tickets that get lost and smudged, orders appear on a screen in the kitchen the moment the waiter or guest confirms them. Every order carries its table number, arrival time and preparation notes, and the kitchen marks it ready when it is done. That means the head chef can see at any moment what is waiting, what is in progress and how long the oldest order has been standing — information that simply does not exist on paper.
Working through internet outages
If the connection drops mid-rush, the system keeps taking orders locally instead of stopping service. When the internet returns, everything entered in the meantime synchronizes automatically — orders, bills and revenue stay complete. This matters because an outage of even a few minutes on a Friday night otherwise means falling back to paper and reconciling by hand afterwards.

Why restaurants in Macedonia choose EasyOffer POS
More than 40 restaurants and cafes run on EasyOffer every day. Installation takes 1-2 hours, staff training is included, and support is in Macedonian and Albanian. The POS works together with the QR menu, waiter app and kiosk — one platform, one contract, one support line.
Does the POS connect to a fiscal printer?
Yes. EasyOffer connects to the fiscal device for real-time receipt reporting, in line with legal requirements.
How long does POS installation take?
On average 1-2 hours, including menu setup and staff training. You need a computer and a stable internet connection.
How much does a restaurant POS system cost?
The POS is included in the Standard plan at €39/month (€399/year) and in Pro at €59/month (€599/year). The €13 Basic plan contains the digital menu only, without the POS. Setup, menu digitization, training and support are included in every price.
Does the POS work on existing devices?
Yes. You need a computer and a stable internet connection, and the waiter app runs on any Android phone or tablet. You do not have to buy special hardware to start.
Can several waiters work at the same time?
Yes. Each waiter has their own account and works on their own device. Orders from all waiters enter the same system in real time, each tied to the person who entered it.
Do QR menu orders arrive in the POS?
Yes. QR orders, waiter app orders and kiosk orders all end up in the same POS and the same daily report. There is no separate bookkeeping.
Is the system hard for staff to learn?
Training is part of installation and takes under an hour. The interface is built for speed during a rush, so the most common actions are one tap away.
Can I try the system before paying?
Yes. The first month is completely free with all features and no card upfront. If it does not suit you, you simply stop.
Does EasyOffer have a kitchen display system?
Yes. Orders appear on a kitchen screen instead of printed tickets, with table number, time and notes, and the kitchen marks them ready when finished.
What happens if the internet goes down?
The system keeps working and accepting orders, and data synchronizes automatically as soon as the connection returns. You do not lose orders or revenue records.
