Digital menu prices in North Macedonia 2026

Published · 3 min read

Digital menu prices in North Macedonia run from roughly €30 a year to over €150 a year. That is a wide gap, so it is worth understanding what explains it.

The price range on the market

As of August 2026, published prices from providers operating in North Macedonia look like this:

ProviderPrice
qrmenu.mk1,990 MKD / year (€32)
digitalmeni.com490–789 MKD / month (~€8–13)
mymenu.cakom.mkfree, 700 MKD / month, 6,000 MKD / year
addmenu.me€99 / year
doXmenu€12.99–14.99 / month
EasyOffer Basic€13 / month (€156 / year)

Prices are as published by the providers themselves and may change — check before deciding.

Why the gap is so wide

What is included varies more than what it costs. Some providers sell a menu page and nothing else. Others include table ordering, multiple languages, allergens, or support in the local language when something stops working.

Three questions explain almost the whole difference:

1. Is it only a menu, or ordering too? A menu the guest looks at is one thing. A menu the guest orders from, where the order reaches the kitchen and the bill, is a different product at a different price.

2. Is the number of products capped? Some plans limit categories and items. If you have a menu with two hundred entries, the cheap plan may not be enough.

3. Who enters the menu? If that is your job, it is several hours that are not in the price. With us, entry is part of the setup.

When cheaper ends up more expensive

The most common case: you take a menu for €30 a year, it works fine for six months, then you need table ordering or a till. At that point you start over with a different provider — re-entering the menu, new QR codes, new training.

If you already know you will need a POS within a year or two, it is worth checking whether the provider offers one at all. Our digital menu is the entry point to the same platform — if you later need a till, you move up a plan without re-entering the menu.

What is reasonable to pay

  • A small cafe, twenty items, no ordering: up to €50 a year is entirely reasonable.
  • A restaurant with regular menu changes and several languages: €100–160 a year is the normal range.
  • A venue that wants table ordering and a till: the price is no longer for a menu but for a system, and it is measured in tens of euros a month.

Hidden costs worth asking about

Before signing, ask directly:

  • Is there a setup fee?
  • Who enters the menu the first time?
  • What does it cost to add a language?
  • What happens if you want to stop — is there a lock-in period?
  • Is support in your language, and who answers when something stops mid-rush?

The answers to those five questions tell you the real price better than the figure on the website.
